How I went from $0 to $100K in under 30 days.

It wasn’t magic, luck, or a massive ad budget.

A few years ago, I started a brand-new company. No revenue. No team. No existing audience to rely on.

Within 30 days, I hit $100,000.

It wasn’t magic, luck, or a massive ad budget. It was the result of building a system designed to do one thing: generate revenue predictably, even with a cold audience.

That same system is what I now teach my clients inside Cold to Curious. Here are the 10 steps that made it possible:

1. Replace complexity with clarity.
I eliminated all the noise and focused on the essentials: an offer that converts, a system that books calls, and a path to scale. Simplicity was my superpower.

2. Turn cold leads into curious buyers.
I stopped relying on referrals and warm leads. Instead, I built a system that gets total strangers curious enough to book a call and take the next step.

3. Build a machine you can control.
My Appointment Machine books calls without me lifting a finger. At any time, I can turn it on or scale it up without adding tasks to my plate or burning myself out.

4. Retention is revenue.
I built a product so good that clients didn’t just buy—they stayed, recommended it, and celebrated their results. Retention isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a profit multiplier.

5. Let the framework do the heavy lifting.
Inside Cold to Curious, I’ll show you how to implement a proven system that drives consistent results. No guesswork, no endless tweaking—just clear steps that work.

6. Shift from value to insight.
I stopped drowning people in free value and started offering insights that sparked curiosity. Insights position you as the authority, and curiosity drives action.

7. Keep it fresh.
Your core offer doesn’t need to change, but how you present it does. By updating the angle or messaging, you keep your audience excited and ready to say yes.

8. Go outbound before paid media.
I didn’t waste money on ads. Instead, I tested my messaging and offers with outbound outreach. This gave me quick feedback and booked appointments for pennies on the dollar.

9. Stop selling features, customer service, or "best-in-class" claims.
Tech founders often believe that if they build it, clients will come. Or they think more features or “amazing customer service” will land appointments.

But the truth is, the market doesn’t care about your tool. They care about what the tool does for them. Stop selling features and start selling outcomes—their goals, solved.

10. Create entry-point offers.
I reduced buyer hesitation by creating entry-point offers—low-commitment ways for prospects to say yes and see the value before upgrading to bigger packages.

By following these steps, I turned an idea into a $100K business in 30 days. It’s the same system I use today to help clients break free from the referral trap, convert cold leads into high-value clients, and scale to $1M/year—all in just 90 minutes a day.
