I didn't think 43 would be this violent...

Here’s what my coach told me that I didn’t expect.

I’ve been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 3 to 4 times per week with my two kids for 8 months now.

It’s one of the most athletic sports I know. Terrifying. Violent. But it builds character.

I’m 43 and finally decided: it’s time to compete. Even as a voice in my head said, “This is stupid. You’re 43. Sit down before you get hurt.”

But I couldn’t shake the thought: If not now, then never.

So I asked my coach, “What do I need to do to get ready for competition in the fall?”

His response? “Just stay consistent.”

No high intensity regimen. No big strategy talk. Just: stay consistent.

That’s the playbook for everything you want in life.

I was reminded of that on a Zoom with Tammy this week.

She’s now booking 2 to 3 appointments every week and already closed $9K from the LinkedIn launch we did together.

I was elated but not surprised.

Tammy already knew how to close. She had great case studies.

All she needed was a system that made her consistent.

One that sent the right message to the right people every single day. Whether Tammy felt like prospecting or not, the system did the work.

I got Tammy consistent.

Tomorrow I’m officially opening 3 spots for Launch By Lunch, our 1:1 LinkedIn sprint. I’ll personally build your campaign, set up the tech, optimize your profile, and create the messaging you need to book 5 appointments a week with just 15 minutes a day.

Want to skip the line before the spots go live?

Reply “launch me” and I’ll send you the details.
