The outreach method no one is using (but should be)
It’s the fastest way to start qualified conversations on LinkedIn.
I send custom video outreach every day.
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s “personal branding.”

My Rules for Video Outreach
From the frameworks & scripts section (pages 4–10) :
• Keep it under 45 seconds
• Use the person’s name
• Point to one detail from their profile
• State the problem you solve in their world
• Give one clear next step
• No long scripts
• No pressure
• Direct and clear
The purpose isn’t to “pitch.”
It’s to earn the reply.
A micro-diagnosis.
A warm nudge.
A moment of clarity in their noisy inbox.
And it’s predictable.
This single tactic sits inside my one-hour Q5 work block and keeps my pipeline moving without calls, travel, or complexity.
